HAO STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide lists for mailings and to coordinate mailing (at the group's expense for postage, mailing services, and printing)
- Keep group's president, council representative, and board informed of HAO events, policies, and deadlines
- Provide regular reports of the group's membership and ad hoc reports as needed (with appropriate notice)
- Maintain reservations for special events and sign-in sheets for recording attendance, and name tags
- Maintain the financial accounts of all groups and issue a monthly financial report to the groups' presidents and treasurers
- Provide printing estimates and editorial and design assistance for brochures, mailings, invitations, programs, and other printed materials (Charges may apply for non-template designs)
- Volunteer training and leadership development presentations and materials
